Apex Hotels Limited ( AHL) is a startup company that is working to design, build and operate the Novotel , Dhaka in Gulshan on Gulshan Avenue the prime residential and commercial real estate in Bangladesh and will be the first entry by the Accor Group into Bangladesh. The estimated project cost is USD 50 million and the hotel is expected to open for operation end 2015.
